L. Mikkel- son of Minneapolis. Guests included members of the immediate families and a few intimate friends. Just before the processional, Miss Evelyn Mikkelson, ister of the groom, very capably sang “Oh Prom ise Me.” At the opening strai Mendelssohn’s “Wedding Mare! fectively played by Miss Alma Mik- kelson, ayother sister of the groo the bridal-party proceeded to an im: provised altar, a setting of pink r and stevia, Reverend Walter Ff. The bride's sister, Miss Mabel Nathan, was maid of honor, and Mr, Wallace Mikkelson, | brother of the groom, acted as best|© man, The bride’s gown was fashioned of white satin crepe. Her veil of tulle was caught about the head by a th of orange blossoms and myr- She carried a shower bouquet of roses and lilies of the valley. The maid of honor wore a dress of sapphire blue taffeta and silver lace, and her corsage was of pink Colum- bia roses and freezia, After an informal reception, a’ two course buffet: luncheon was served. Mrs. Mikkelson has grown to wom- anhood in Bismarck, having been graduated from the local high school and business callege. She is alyo a graduate: of Asbury College, Ken- tucky. For three years she has been employed in ’this city as executive clerk in the’ office of the governor. During the past month, several show- ers have been given in compliment to her, The groom has lived in Minneapolis most of his life, and is a graduate of East High School of that cjty. He has taken work at the University of Minnesota, having been graduated later from Asbury College. Recently he took post graduate studies at Col- umbia University, Mr. and Mrs. Mikkelson will leave} , at once for Kentucky, where Mr. Mik kelson will resume his work as one|¢ of the professors of history at As-| 5 bury College. ENTERTAINS AT BRIDGE Mrs. A.M. Brazerol entertained at three tables of bridge yesterday ufternoon at her home, 410 Third street, with Mrs. Carl Munson win- ning high score. Miss Charlotte Logan, who is a student of the Uni- versity of North Dakota, was an|} honor guest. Decorations were car- ried sut in the holiday colors, with holiday flowers and poinsettias. A delightful lunch was served at the close of the games. Mrs. Brazero wa: sisted by her mother, Mrs. O. E. Anderson.
