Add the milk and flavoring and mix well. Add the rest of the flour and stir in the egg whites which have been beaten until stiff, Bake in two greased layer tins in moi oven (400° F.) about 20 minutes; cool and put together with cream fill- ing and cover top and sides with white icing.
