Special features pjanned are horse races, a baseball game, and dancing during the evening, with Dutton’s or- chestra supplying the music. Harry Potter will be present with his new Standard plane, and will carry pas- sengers at any time during the day. The plane is run by a 150 horse- power motor. C. BE. Members Hear Conference Reports Reports of the Christian Endeavor eonference held at Jamestown and Fargo formed the principal feature on the program at the picnic which the members of the Chistian Eg deavor society enjoyed last evening, leaving here about 5 oclock. The members of the Baptist Young Peo- ples Union Were guests at the picnic. The picnic was held at Thompson's grove, the young people bringing their lunch. Those giving the re- ports were Misses Barbara Register, Wilma Olson, Elizabeth Butler, Jean MacLeod, Melba Whittemore, Floy Kitchen, Helen Crawford and Walter Ellickson, Clell Gannon, president of Christian Endeavor, presided at the program. ENTERTAINS MISSIONARY CLUB Mrs. William Laist was hostess last night to the women and girls who are members of the West. Side Missionary club of St. Mary's church. Cards furniphed {the di- version for the evening, Mrs. An- tone Wyciskala winning the high score, and Mrs, J. G. McQuillan the consolation prize. Refreshments were served, Mrs. Laist being as- sisted by Mrs. Charles Schebler. The club meets every two weeks for the purpose of making church linens and garments for the poor of both home and foreign missions.
