«¢ Rotary Ladies To Have Round of ‘Entertainment Plans are “nearing completion for the entertainment of- the ladies: who will accompany the Rotarian déle- gates to the city next yeek. Com- mittees have been appointed by the Rotarians and there prontises to be something to occupy the full time the visiting ladies are in the city. Very elaborate plans are,being made for their entertainment while in the city. Approximately 200 visiting 1a- dies are. expected. A number of parties have been planned for. individual friends who will be guests of friends in the city. Dinner parties and luncheons will be given at @ number of homes in the city. Mrs. Henry Deumeland has been appointed gencral chairman. of ar- rangements and reception, Mrs. C. L. Young, chairman on entertainment, Mrs. F. A. Conklin, chairman of the Reception committee for the informal, tea to be given in the dining room of the McKenzie hotel on next Fri- day afternoon from 3 to 5 o'clock. This will be followed by a_ short Mrs. H, A, Brandes has amed as chairman of the transportation committee. A sight seeing trip is planned, if the weather will permit to the state penitentiary, 'Fort .Lincoln, across the bridge to Mandan and will in- clude the poitits of interest negr that city, including the Experimental Sta- tion, Industrial School. and Old Fort Abraham Lincoln. This trip is plan. neq for 10:15 Friday morning. The Rotary Ball and banquet to be given in the house chambers at the Capitol will be ~the big social event and will be held on Thursday evening. The banquet is in-charge of the Catholic Daughters of Ameri- ca and the decorations are nearly completed at the capitol for this big event.
