+ "TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 1924 Social and Personal Pretty Pre-Lenten Dancing Party Given By Forty Club) cyiiene a Members of the Forty Club were; delightfully entertained at one of the prettiest of the pre-Lenten Val- entine formal dancing parties to be given in the city, at Patterson's Hall Tast evening. The committee in caarge of the arrangements had con- verted the stage used, by the orches- tra into a large lace paper Valentine and Cupids and red hearts were em- ployed’ éffectively in the decoration of the walls of the hall. From the dome in the center of the hall, grad- uated red hearts were suspended \ with the cupids at the ends of the streamers. The rear of the hall was made into a dining room by means of a garden wall used as a partition, Tables were beautifully laid with red candles and Valentine appointments used throughout the decorations. ‘About thirty couple were present and dancing was enjoyed until a late hour. Lundquist and Mrs. 0. N. Dunham, of the Parish Guild of St. Georges Church, Saturday afternoon, ! at the Parish: House.
