It was easier. to get Monday's premiums for reloading carg-and:it also was easier to sell choice wheati in’ other. cars. Offerings ware-quite a bit smaller today. Durum wheat was just a little better again and: some sales were made at a higher level compared with the futures. Stronger demand was noted where winter wheat was’-contained in re- loading cars. The corn market was firm for the yellow grades and easy for the mix- ed. Fancy yellow was scarce and wanted in a limited way while there was plenty of mixed to go around. Oats seemed to he better. More ‘buyers were interested in the choice quality, espécially in shipping cars. Ordinary to poor oats .in cars mixed but not shipped out quiet to slow. Rye was slightly better. Barley was a bit ‘draggy on the average. There was a fair demand for good barley in shipping cars anda slow to dull demand for offerings in other cars. Flax offerings were smaller and in more active crushing demand.
