Melt butter, stir in flour and coo’ for two minutes. Add water slowly and cook until mixture boils. Bo. gently for five minutes, season wit: salt and pepper and add parsley. D not let sauce boil after parsley is add ed. ‘ Mustard Sauce ‘ One ‘teaspoon mustard, 1 dessert spoon flour, 2 tablespoons butter, 1-. cup boiling water, 1 teaspoon vil egar. . Mix flour and mustard and rub t smooch paste with butter. Stir she boiling. water and boil for fi minutes, stirring cons{initly. Ar vinegar and serve. Cold Spinach Sauce mayonnaise with spinach.
