MARRIED IN MANDAN The wedding of Miss Stella Augh- ney and John Osborne, both of Bis- marck was solemnized at the priests house in Mandan, Saturday afternoon at four o'clock, Rev. Father Dimpfi of iMandan officiated at the ceremony. Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. B. Mi Cantwell. Only relatives and a few intimate friends were present. ‘Mrs. Osborne has been employed as stenographer and bookkeeper at the International Harvester company’ for the past two years. Mr. Osborne is connected with the Northern Pacific Express Co. They are making their bome in Bis- marck on Third street. WOMEN’S COUNCIL PLAN COMMUNITY PARTY HERE The members of the Women's Com- munity Council are planning a Com- munity party to be given at the Country Club House a week from Friday, the fourteenth of October. There will be free taxi service for all those who wish to attend the party. The Women’s Council have been keep- ing. up the work at the Rest Room. The amount allotted for this work has been dwindling and it is thought that the Community Party will help re- plenish the fund. It is especially tor the’ benefit of the nutrition work which has been carried on with the children. The ladies feel that giving the party will be a more successful . A.W.
