Warren. : i ANNOUNCEMENT LUNCHEON Mrs. D. B. Register entertained eight of the girlhood friends of Miss Helen Register at one o'clock luncheon at| her apartments at Person Court to- day.. The luncheon was entirely in Japanese style. A Japanese tea rose at each plate, the heart of which held a piece of Japanese paper bearing the; names of Helen Jarvis Register and! Lewis P. Warren, were favors for the! guests. The honor guest was pre- sented with a corsage bouquet. The center of the table was decor- | tited with a basket of foses and lav- endar asters, the pastel color scheme giving a very charming effect. Miss Helen Register, a member of one of the pioneer families of Bis- marck, attended the Bismarck high school and after graduating entered the Valley City Normal school, com- pleting her schooling at that institu- tion. Miss Register has taught at the North Ward school for the last few years, and has a wide circle of friends in the city. Mr. Warren’s home is in| Westbrook, Maine. A_ graduate of Dartmouth college, Hanover, New Hampshire, he is one of the several Dartmouth men who have entered | ‘business life in Bismarck. He is pres-! ident-and manager of the Bismarck| Bottling Works and’ has been. active in the American Legion. Mr.’ Warren is a member of the Chi Phi fraternity, Dartmouth chapter.
