! PAGE FOUR Social and Personal ST, PAUL GIRL AND BISMARCK MAN MARRIED At high noon a Saturday the wedding | of Alonzo H. Grace, son of Judge and Mrs, R. Grace, of Bismarck, and Miss Jednette Meland, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. S. Meland,.of St, Paul, was solemnized at the home of the bride. The.wedding was a quict home affair with ‘only the inimediate families pres- ent. The decorations were in peonies, roses and sweet peas. The tables for the bridal dinner immediately after the wedding were decorated in the same flower scheme. Miss Meland wore her mother’s wedding dress of ivory corded silk trimmed with seed pearls and her wedding veil with a crown of pearls. She carrid a shower bouquet of white rases and sweet peas. Little Eliza- beth Page, of Kacine, Wisconsin, was. the flower girl and she carried a bas- ket of roses tied with huge white rib- bon ‘bows. Mrs, Grace is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and a mem- ber of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority and is one of St. 'P; popular young ladies, Mr. Grac a member of the faculty at the University of Minne- r. and (Mrs. ‘Grace are now visit- ing at the R. ‘H. Grace home in Bis: marck, From here they, will go east where they will make an extended visit at New York and Wasbingten. | B. AND P. WOMEN'S CLUB MEETS. Mrs. Armour has the reputation of being a forceful and interesting speaker and it is expected a large crowd will attend the meeting tonight to hear Dr.Armour and her message. Her talk will be on the liquor subjéct and her lecture haz peen endorsed everywhere. Mrs. Ar- mour has ben called the “Woman ora- tor of America,” and everyone that has heard her agrees that the title was not misplaced.
