Any such law in the discretion of the legtslature, provide for the exemption from taxation of any motor vehicle owned by non-resident of the, state, and transiently or permanently using the streets and highways of the state. D., where he recovered sev- en automobiles which had been stolen from Towa and Nebraska towns. Half of the crooks of the Northwest are engaged in stealing automoviles driving them to Cahada and bringing them back loaded with liquor, Mr. Pipkin says.
