Prominent speakers from out of the state who will deliver addresses ure Dr. Frank Peterson, D. D., Min- neapolis, general field representative of the general board of promotion, who is known nationally to all Baptists; Dr. P. C. Wright, assistant secretary of the Ministers’ and Missionaries’ benefit board of New York city, and Dr. J. E. Norcross, New York, who will lead North Dakota Baptists in their State wide Evangelistic cam- paign. Rev. Ernest Wiesle, the newly. elect- ed director of religious Education for North Dakota Baptists will be in Bis- marck for the first time then. The Bismarck church is expecting to en- tertain over two -hundred delegates. The kiddies of Bismarck may not be thinking of Christmas playthings, with the Indian summer sun beam- ing brightly every day, but the mer- chants are thinking about them. And the toy makers have been busy, as is evidenced by creative gentus shown in the evolution of toys for | this year. The latest “1920 models” are on display at the Marshall Wella toy shop and “road show” in the Mc- Kenzie hotel sample rooms.’ There may be a revolution through the land when the girls learn just what is prepared in the way of toys for them this year. The ratification of the suffrage hasn’t reached the ears of the toy-makere. “The newest inventions are for, boys,” said F. E..Murphy, in charge of the toy shop exhibit. “But that doesn’t mean that the girls won't have a better selection than ever be- fore.
