Give Second Event to Raise Funds to Pay Director Another big street dance will be given Friday night by the Elks band, it was announced, today by Harry Woodmansee. The dance will be held on Broad- way, between Third and Fourth. The first dance, held two weeks ago, was highly! successful, in spite of coun- ter-attractions. The band will hold a_ practice Thursday night at the Elks’ hall, in preparation for the dance. The dance will start at 8:30 o’clock. At the last dance there was a little hesitancy on the part of the dancers starting the street dance, but it is expected that this dance will start off promptly with a big crowd.
