‘THURSDAY, JULY 29, 1920 NEW TWIST ON ‘New York, July 29.—A twist was given. today to New York's mysterious trunk: niurdey, the police annoutced they had discovered a marked simi ‘arity between the handwriting of Hd- ward Leroy, sought in connection with the murder of his wife, whose body was found here in a trunk, shipped from wetroit, and that of the “utysterious “Poulvour,” who disap- peared after the slaying here last August of Cecil Landon, an Oregon soldier, \ “Poulvour” and Lardon registered at the Hotel McAlpin. Landon was found dead, slain by ‘a blow from .a chancellier. and ‘“Poulvour” was no- where to be found.
