J. Rowe, commandant of the soldiers’ home at ‘Lisbon, one of the pioneer physicians and surgeons of the state, suffered an attack of pneumonia at Glenburn, ., last Sunday, and is reported very low. Two of his sons have been summoned to. the bedside. Dr. Rowe, formerly grand master of the I, O. 0..F., went to Glenburn last week to address an Odd Fellows’ meeting.
