Nuessle sustained the démurer interposed on behalf of the state industrial commission, Attorney General William Langer, State Treas- urer ‘Obert Olson, Governor Lynn J. Frazier and Secretary of Agriculture John Hagen Tuesday afternoon in the case brought by four Burleigh county farmers to restrain the above named officials and state departments from carrying out the Nonpartisan league industrial program. 3 The case will probably be carried to the state supreme court by the at- torney for the plaintiffs. The action was- brought before Judge Nuessle from the Cass county district ‘court because the law pro- vides that charges against state of- i Burleigh county.
