Mr. Snyder’s neigh- bors were the petitioners. They in- sisted that said bow-wows were alto- gether too nocturnally tuneful. The matter is now in,the hands of City Attorney H. F. O'Hare, who, being a dog fancier himself, may be able to instruct Mr. Snyder in approved meth- ods of inducing dogs to sleep o’ nights and permit their neighbors to do like- wise.
