The city commission -pass- ed a resolution approving a letter which Commissioner ‘Rest had ° writ- ten to the Director of Public Service. The city commission passed a resolu- tion recommending that the indus trial board be invited ‘to locate the state bank, flour mill and terminal elevator at Bismarck.
