The city commission met in segus Yer session Monday evening, March 24, 1919. There were present Com: missioners, Best, Thompson and Pres- ident Lucas, The minutes of the meet- ing held March 17 were read and ap- proved. The city commission -pass- ed a resolution approving a letter which Commissioner ‘Rest had ° writ- ten to the Director of Public Service. The city commission passed a resolu- tion recommending that the indus trial board be invited ‘to locate the state bank, flour mill and terminal elevator at Bismarck. The sidewalk assessment against lot 8 block 128 O. P. was ordered canceled and’ the person responsible: for’ the errer in this assessment held for the ‘cost, The sidewalk \assessment against lot 2, block 3, N. P. addition was ordered canceled. and a new assessment made assessing the cost against the gouth 50 feet.
