He commands us especially to help every one in need and suffering and He declares most solemnly that whatever we do to the least of His brethren, we do to Him. Merely natural or sentimental charity soon grows indifferent; truly Christian charity grows larger and larger, and is willing to spend and to be spent for the sake of our fellow men.
