Perkins of Cleveland, O.,° who will’ issue direc- tions as to schools of instruction. On Saturday Mr. Perkins -will meet local boards from the western half of the state at Bismarck. County Auditor W. R. Tucker of the Cass_county board will make charge for the meetings. at. Fargo.
