It must show a e for any failure to work at? hours in each business day. It miust be verified by affidavit to the effect that the same is correct and true. It shall be open to public inspection. ‘Section 2. “The State Auditor shall not give to any judge or state officer! ® voucher for his monthly salary until the making and filing of such réport and affidavit.
