D., Jan. 11—After a careful watch had been kept for ihree days, the decision was unanimously announced today that Ivan Iverson's fish are dead. Ivan wanted some gold fish. He ordered them with the bowl, food and all. The express compa’ delivered them, food, bow! and all. In the bowl, however, was a cake of ice, and in the center of the ice, firm- ly implanted, were the five little fish. Then Ivan took them back to the ex- press office which claimed the fish might live. They were thawed. out but refused to wiggle. Now Ivan wants damages for dead gold fishes.
