Every person, whether lessee, } owner or agent, of any building used for the purposes hereinbefore describ- ed, who shall fail to comply with the provisions of this ordinance, shall be deemed guilty ‘of a misdemeanor ‘and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for each and every day on which such build- ing is opened for any of the purposes hereinbéfore specified, or may be im- | prispnet in a jail for a term not to ,| exeged ;thirty days, or both.
