Lulu Day, wanted in San Diego, Cal., for the alleged theft of $2,500 worth of jewelry and for the alleged kid- napping of the infant child of Mrs. Lulu Wanda Schneider, widow of a German army lieutenant, declared to- day. she knows nothing of Mrs. Schneider’s baby, and she flatly de- nies the charge of larceny. “T'll_ go back, if they come-for me,’ Mrs. Day is quoted by an official. “I'll stand trial, too, and when I’m acquit: ted I'll bring suit for perge¢ution.
