Beginning at the alley center of 13 street between Beltrami and Minne- sota avenues; thence North thru the alley in Blocks 15 and 16, 3rd Addi- tion to Bemidji, to the center of 15th street; Beginning at the center of 13th street and Bemidji avenue, thence ‘West along 13th street to the center of alley a distance -of 190 feet, thence North thru the alley in Blocks 11 and 12, 3rd Addition to Bemidji, to the center of 15th street, a total distance of 1906 feet. Sewer in alley between 3rd and 4th streets and between Bemidji and Beltram avenues; Beginning at the South line of lots 1 and 24, in the center of the alley, Block 13, Bemidji, thence South a distance of 135 feet, thence West in the center of alley, said Block 13, to center of Beltrami avenue, a distance of 190 feet. That cement sidewalks be installed on the following ‘described property: Beltrami between 14th and 15th streets; 6 foot; North side of 15th street between Beltrami and Irvine avenues; 6 foot West side of Mississippi avenue between Oak street and 1st street; 5 foot; North side Gemmell avenue, Mill Park addition; 5 foot; Street crossings to be installed as outlined in the report of the Acting City Engineer, dated June 24, 1922 and accepted and adopted by the City council on June 26, 1922, That said work shall be performed under the supervision of the acting City Engineer William Everts, That the said property, not exempt by law, in, or opposite which said above described improvements are to be made shall be assessable for the cost of the respective work done. The foregoing resolution having been duly seconded by Alderman Lloyd, it was put upon its passage and by aye and nay vote was declar- ed duly carried.
