Under the rules of the asgociation, the tourgament is open to.amateur golfers in the United States. and Canada, whether memb- ers of country club or not, who are under twenty years of age. There will be an eighteen hole qualifying round on Wednesday, the opening day of the tournament, and the match play rounds are'scheduled for the final two days.
