The City Council of the City of Be- midji do ordain: Section 1, That Section 6 of General Ordinance No. 45 be, and the same here- by is, amended as follows: For the benefits derived from fire protection by all tax payers in the city, the city shall pay from the Gen- .eral Fund into the Water Fund the sum .of Seventy-five ($75.00) dollars per year for each fire hydrant in service.
