CITY BUILDING STUCCO ~ " WORK BEING DONE The work of stuccoing ‘the’ main part of the improved city hall build-| - - ing' started today, the stucco being “laid ‘over regulation screen fastened| to the siding of the building. The roofing has all been put on and the cupola stuccoex. The color of the outside coating will not be the glaring white, but of a spbdued na- ture.
