The minutes of the previous session were read, and on motion duly seconded and.carried, were approved as read, *On motion duly seconded and carried the following plats of re-surveys of Sections were approved, and ordered fil- ed:. ) “Sections 20 and 21, Town 148-32. Section 29, Town 150-30. Section 30, Town 150-30. Section 8, Town 149-30. Section 31, Town 1560-32. 3 It was moved, seconded and carried, i that the following officers of electlon 8 be appointed for the new election dis- ‘ trict of Silver Lake, in the Unorganized Town 146-31: Judges: W. Schar and others praying for the formation of a new &chool district out of District No, 81, in the town of Woodrow, -came up for hearing. M., when 5 the Board reconvened, with all mem- bers present. ‘After further daiscussion regarding the division of School District No. 81, — it was moved by Lennon, seconded by .- Ellis, that the petition be granted, and a new district formed, to consist of the following lands, t6-wit: Sections 1, 2, the SW¥% Sec. 4, the East half of Sec- jons 9 and 16, and all of Sections 10, 1, 12, 18, 14, 15, 22, 23, and 24 of Town 152-81, ebeing the Town of Woodrow, said District to be numbered 27, Car- ried, It was moved by Imsdahl, seconded by Bllis, that the money and movable Bropercy of District No. 81, of this date /' be divided with the new District No. 27, in proportiop to the valuation of the two districts. No bids having been received for fur- ¥ nishing wood for the Court House and Jall for the coming winter, it was mov- ed by Ellis, seconded by Hayes, that the Auditor be authorized to purchase wood at the prevailing market prices, and to make arrangements ‘with the various banks to pay the properly verified and ‘0, K.’d claims for such purchases, with- out discount, and carrying same until approved by the Board. M., and that Commis- _sloners Lennon and Imsdahl be ap- pointed a committee to view the pro- posed road to meet at the southeast corner of Sectlon 17-157-31, at 2:60 P. M., October 22nd. Burke, of Judicial Ditch No. 25, be authorized to inspect the.bridge on Ditch 11, e across the South branch of Rapid Riv- x er in Town 157-32, and appraise the « value of same to the county for purch- ase, and to report at the next meet- ing. A petition signed by G. W. Voltz and twenty-three others, praying for a change in the route of County Road in Town 147-31, was presented. It was moved by Hayes, seconded by Imsdahl, that Commissioners Rako and Ellis be appointed a committee to view the pro- posed change, to meet at the corner of Sections 14, 15, 22 and 23, 147-31, at 1:00 P. M., October 25th, and that hear- ing be set for November 26th, at 2:30 \ P. M. Carried. The petition of R. Schmechel, et al, praying for a change of the boundar- ies of School District 119, by including that part of Beltrami County now in- cluded in Roseau County District No. 105, to-wit: Sections 19, 20, 21, 28, 29 20, 31, 32 and 33 of Town 160-36, and Bections 4, 5 and & of Town 159-36, was presented. ~On motion duly seconded and carried, hearing was set for No- vember 26th, at 3 p. m praying for a re-survey of Section 20- set for November 26th, at 3:30 P. M. praying for 2 re-survey of Section 21- 147-32, was presented, and hearing was set for November 26th, at 3:45 P. Commissioner Lennon offered the fol- lowing resolution, and moved its adop- tion: and of its residents, and Whereas the Tyler Relief Commis- sion has requested that this county ap- propriate the sum of eleven hundred dollars as its just and equitable share of the necessary relief work in\ said villgge, Now, therefore, be it resolved, that tRls coupty hereby appropriate that there is hereby appropriated the. sum ‘of $1,100.00 to the Tyler Relier| Commission, to be used by said Com- mission in such relief work.
