As to the co-operation of the drys throughout the state, there is no.dif- ficulty. The Minnesota Anti-Saloon League, like all state Leagues, is a federation of the denominational bodles of the state, edch of which appoints members of the board of Directors of the League. Manifestly, the League federation could not destroy itself by merging it ‘into some other so called federation. But it. can and will co-operate to the hilt with any other orgaunization, of what- ever name, that {8 working to ratify the comstitutional amendment sub- mitted by Congress and pass the dry amendment submitted to the people- of the Legislature.
