Benton of St. Paul, who will address the community- adver- tising section on “Films in Commun- “ity Advertising.” The country’s advertising leaders regard,. the St. Paul convention as the most important gathering short of ‘the national conventions that has been held in the last five years. Its sessions will include an outline of the patriotic campaigns by which the government is making the flota- tion of the Liberty Loans a big suc- cess. < ; The convention headquarters will be at The Saint Paul.
