Catarrh being greatly influenced by constitutional conditions requires constitutional treatment. Hall's Catarrh Medicine is taken internally and acts thru the Blood on the Mucous Sur- faces of the System thereby destroying the foundation of the disease, giving the patient strength by building up the con- stitution and assisting nature in doing its work. Always looking for ‘something to amuse the patrons‘of the Grand and Elko theaters, the manager has been successful ‘in sécuring for: a- two-da3 showing, begiuning Wednesday, No¥, 14, the high~’grade musical comedy ““The Honeymoon Girls.” " This is. an unusually ge company, carrying 18 people, special scenery and elec- trical effects, and a large chorus of pretty singing and dancing girlp. ‘With this company is Dewey Camp- bell, positively the - funniest Jew comedian in:the business . today. George B. Flint, producer and come- ian, heads the bill in his farce com- edy, while Florence Murray, the pretty little solibrette, who is classed among the burlesque stars of today, leads the chorus in several numbers. Homer Flint is known as one of the greatest whistlers of ‘the day. The Musical Campbells are also on the bill and with the assistance of the chorus and the universal = wooden shoe dancer, the program ‘is far-su. perior to the average traveling com- pany. Manager Mistachkin of “The Honeymoon Girls” assures the pub- lic that this show 1is clean in every way and invites the most-critical to all performances. At the Grand for two days, beginning tomorrow. There will be matinees at 2:30 o’clock daily, and one evening performance, commencing at 8 o’clock. ELKO TONIGHT “The Varmint” with Jack Pickford wlll}l tn.gl.in be shown-at the Elko to- night. 3 Tomorrow. ‘Those who saw Marguerite Clark in. her famous Paramount picture “Miss George Washington’” will be reminded of it by “Bab’s Diary,” the charming story by Mary Roberts Rinehirt of Bab, the “Sub-Deb,” in the clever manner in which Miss Clark has portrayed the role of Bab, who, like ‘“‘Miss George Washing- ton,” makes the discovery that we weave a “tangled web” indeed when first we practice to deceive. ‘“‘Bab” is a fascinating girl with a vivid im- agination and much surplus energy —which makes it hard for her fam- ily, but adds to the charm of a diary whose every page abounds in adven- ture and the realest kind of farce. “Bab’s Diary” will appear at the Elko Wednesday and Thursday. Spe- clal children’s matinee 4:30 Wednes- dey. ¥ 5 1 The first comedy offering of Gold- wyn pictures, Margaret Mayo’s screaming farce, “Baby Mine,” which will be at the Rex tonight and tomorrow, introduces a new star in motion pictures. She is Madge Ken- nedy, the famous comedienne °of “Twin Beds,” “Fair and Warmer! and other stage productions - that have been big successes. 3 Miss Kennedy plays the role of Zoie in the picture presentation -of the comedy, which in stage form had a run of nearly two seasons in’ New York. . ¥ Zoie is a light-hearted bride whose yearning for suppers and theaters jeads her uncompromising young husband to abandon her. Her scheme to get him back furnishes the situa- tions around which the comedy Tres volves. - After he has heen away for .some months, Zoie causes his re- turn with an announcement that a baby boy has come to the household. There is no such-thing, but Zoie pro- poses to get one from 'a children’s home. . But Alfred, the husband, - played by Frank Morgan, gets home ‘sooner than expected. There is no baby on hand, and Jimmie, Alfred’s friemd (John Cumberland) who is brought into the plot by Zoie, steals a baby from the foundling home. The mother of the stolen baby is soon in pursuit of her baby, 8o while Alfred is rejoicing ~over the arrival of an heir, it becomes neces- sary for Jimmie to get another baby. He “borrows” one of the woman’s twins and, the first baby not having been returned, Alfred is told that he is the father of twins. The . resulting ‘complications make all the fun.
