A “Wild Hair.” A “wild bair” is the most annoying freak of nature a man can be afflicted with. It grows in from the eyelid in- stead of out and, constantly brushing agalnst the eyeball, sometimes causes an Iirritation that results in a loss of sight, To pull it out gives only tempo- rary relief, since in a few weeks it comes back, as well grown and strong as ever. destroy the sac from which it springs. This 1s done by means of the electric needle. Turtles and Their Eggs. Turtles which weigh more than 150 pounds are not in demand, as the flesh becomes coarse with age. But these reptiles grow to 800 pounds and meas- ure seven feet in length. The eggs of the green turtle, a great delicacy, are generally deposited in the sand in nests of sixty. If not found by man or eaten by rats or birds they are hatched out by the heat of the sun £ in about eight or nine weeks, and the I young turtles at once make for the sea, & where many of them fall victims to & erabs or other fish. The general conclusions of the latest Medical Scientists proves that drinkin, plenty of pure water both between meals and with one’s meals is beneficial to health. For a great many years it was the erroncous opinion of many medical men and the public generall that the habit of drinking water witl the food was harmful to digestion. It has now been proven by means of the X-rays and actual tests upon many: healthy young men that the drinking of large amounts of water with meals is often beneficial. Therefore if you want to keep healthy drink plenty of pure water (not ice water), both with your meals and between meals. If you ever suffer from backache, lumbago, rheu- matism, or any of the symptoms of kidney trouble—such as deep colored urine, sediment in urine, getting out of bed at night frequentlf and other trouble- some effects, take a little Anuric before meals. These Anuric Tablets can be obtained at almost any drug store. Phone 41. NERVOUS BREAK-DOWN.
