Plans call for remodeling and veneer- ing the frame part of the hotel to correspogd with the handsome brick annex of the hotel, making it one of the best in the state, New $10.000 Store. M. E. Ibertson will rebuild on his present store site at 405-Beltrami av- enue and will spend in the neighbor- hood of $10,000 in a modern two- story building, to contain offices on the second floor. There will also be much building of new houses and a great deal of re- modeling and repair work in Bemidji this summer. And when the new Normal school comes to Bemidji it will be one of the biggest things not only here but in Northern Minnesota.
