There is on? one way to cure catarrhal deafness, and that is by a constitutional remedy. Catarrhal Deafness is caused by an in- flamed condition' of the mucous lining of the Eustachian Tube. When this tube is inflamed you have a rumbling sound or im- perfect hearing, and when it is entirely Closed, Deafness is the result. Unless the inflammation can be reduced and this tube restored to its ndrmal condition, hearing will be destroyed forever. Many cases of deafness are caused by catarrh, which is an inflamed condition of the mucous sur- faces.. I know of nothing that will give such prompt relief as Chamberlain’s Cough Remedy, for when it is taken the pain in the chest disappears, the fever sub- sides and the whole body becomes more comfortable. Then again, the after effects of Influenza are often even more distressing than the disease itself, but they can be avoided if you use Chamberlain’s Cough Remedy Though the greatest danger from this disease is Pneumonia, I have never known a single case of Influenza to result in it when Chamberlain's Cough Remedy was freely given. The persistent cough that frequently follows Influenza can be relieved by Chamberlain’s Cough Remedy, and should not be allowed to run on until it becomes troublesome.” s fou Pl Gy Glowiblis HART SCHAFFNER & MARX SUIT OR the merchants who ad- vertise in this paper.
