LOCAL DRUGGISTS LAND RICH PRIZE The Barker Drug Company Awarded Exclusive Rights for Sale of Tanlao in Bemidji. Tanlac, the celebrated new medic- Ine that has met with such unprece: dented success in thousands of cities, towns and villages in the United States, where it has been introduced in the last year, is now on sale at the Barker Drug Company. Mr. Barker has been awarded the exclu- sive agency in Bemidji for the Mas- ter Medicine, this agency being a business prize that has aroused the most intense rivalry among druggists the country over. Tanlac is a combination of roots, barks and herbs, gathered in various parts of the world and blended to produce the best results. Years were spent by Joseph von Trimbach, chief chemist at the Tanlac laboratories, Dayton, Ohio, before the present high state of efficiency, that has won re- | nown for Tanlac in many states, had been attained. Tanlac is called the “Master Medic- ine” by persons who have used the new preparation and have been bene- fited therefrom. Jt is claimed that Tanlac masters many ailments where ‘other medicines fail. C. J. Meredith, the renowned Tan- lac Man, who is personally directing the introduction of the new medicine in Minnesota, is an exponent of mod- ern health precautions. His theory is that most of the ill health of the present day Americans is due to those habits which best distinguish. civil- ized men from the jungle savages. Overeating, overdrinking, lack of fresh air and insufficient exercise are responsible for most of our ailments, he contends. But according to Mr. Meredith, it is always possible to remedy these troubles before it is too late. In this connection he is introducing his Mas- ter Medicine, Tanlac, which has heen declared by thousands to be the niost rational and satisfying preparation ever sold in America. Tanlac, it is claimed, quickly over- comes catarrhal affections of the stomach, liver and kidneys, nervous- ness, coughs, colds and the like. Tanlac is now being specially iv-| troduced and.explained in Bemidji at the Barker drug company.—Adv.
