Two families have moved on the former T. K. Johnson farm and will live there until they can move onto their own in the Rapid River coun- try. Mrs. Marie Billet passed through this neighborhood Wednesday en- route for Grygla. William Paskewitz and E. J.[ Munsch returned from Fergus Falls, Minn.,, on Monday with Shorthorn cattle which they purchased there. B. M. Anderson has purchased Pete Manerp, Jr.’s house on his farm here and will move it onto his own farm as soon as road conditions improve. James Henderson left with his horses and furniture Saturday for his home near Devils Lake, N. D. His wife and family expect to leave for that place in a few days. Mr. Hen- derson and family have spent the winter here. . A big dance will be given in M. A. Rognlien’s hall Saturday night, April 8, for the benefit of the base- ball team. Everyone come and enjoy yourself. A large number of our residents are leaving for North Dakota, among them being Andrew Rubly, Matt and Roy Cartwright and William Valli- cutt.
