The report in part| follows: Wheat on Farms--Estimated stocks on farms March 1 this year 20,600,-; 000 bushels, compared with 10,314,- The percentage of the 1915 crop which was of merchantable quality is estimated at 12 per cent compared ‘with 88 per cent of the 1914 crop and 85 per cent of the 1913 crop.
