Wheeler, secretary of the National Armenian and Indian Relief associa- tion. Miss Wheeler was in Armenia during the massacre. “It is Enver Pasha’s boast that he killed more Ar- menians in 30 days than Abdul Ha- mid ‘did in 30 years. And Ahdul Hamid was known as the ‘great butcher’ and the ‘red sultan,”” said the relief worker.
