The baseball team made a trip up on the Soo Line Sunday, from Clearbrook by a score of 11 to 4 and losing to Gonvick by a 6 to 9 count. Goldberg pitched both games and should have won both except for fielding errors. Miss Mathilda George of Hillsboro, N. D.,, was visiting here this week. The Gonvick baseball team will play ball here Sunday, August 1. The game will be called at 5 o’clock. Charles McDonald was in Mal- lard Monday. Chalmer Johnson of Mallard was here Monday.
