In telling of the opening of .the Koochiching county term of court the International Falls Daily Journal says: Judge Stanton arrived this morning from Bemidji and resumed holding court, this being the second adjourned session of the January term. The overflow case of Algot Erickson against the M. & O, Power company was immediately taken up and a jury was secured before the noon adjournment. Harris Richard- son of St. Paul and C. J. Rockwood are appearing as attorneys for the defense while John Samuelson of Du- luth and J. E. Lundrigan of Cass Lake are looking after Mr. Erickson’s in- terests. The case is arousing much interest and its progress will be watched with interest by many resi- dents of our city and .vicinity, as there are many other similar cases filed.
