Elmer Robinson has received his new six horsepower gasoline engine and has resumed his wood sawing. This is the busiest season in the history of Marsh Siding, from two to six carloads of wood and bolts be- ing shipped out each day. There is need of a depot at this place, Last Saturday morning ten passengers, in- cluding men, women and children, without shelter,, waited in the’cold for-the train. Last Monday at noon, Robert Wal- drow, who lived in the old Hannah house, came in, built a fire, cooked and ate dinner and then returned to his ‘work in the woods. When the children returned home from school they found the house and contents in ashes. The fire is supposed to have started from the overheated stove.
