Stanton returned to- day from International Falls. While away Judge Stanton attended to offi- cial matters at International Falls and Spooner, at the latter place hold- ing a short term of court. He was also a member of the editors’ outing party. He was at one time president of the State Editorial association. There were seven former presidents of the state association on the trip. As Martin Hogan and family were driving to their home in Grant Val- ley Saturday, they were passed by a speeding auto. The team became frightened and nearly ran away.
