Kolste have written friends in this city that they are now in their new home in Wis- consin and are very much pleased with it. Chicago, April 29.—Federal Judge Landis has handed down an injunc- tion parmanently restraining the EI- gin board of trade, commonly known as the butter board, from fixing prices and in other ways governing condi- tions under which butter is sold.
