Members present, Ruako, Clementson, Myhre, Peterson and Fellows. . Meeting called to order by Chairman Rako. o Minutes of previous meeting were read, and on motion of Fellows, second- ed by Peterson. were approved as read. Communication of Martin McCortney relative to the necessity of clothing for his children in order that they might attend school, was read, and on the verification of his statements by Super- intendent of Schools Stewart, and Chair- man Rako, a motion was made by Pet. erson and seconded by Fellows, that the chairman be authorized to purchase the clothing necessary for two girls of 11 and 16 years of age, and send same to the McCortneys. Carrled. Moved by Peterson, seconded by Clem- entson, that the auditor be instructed to advertise for bids for two hundred cords of birch'wood,-to-be delivered in court house yard during the months of November and December, 1912, and Jan- uary, 1913. Said wood to be green cut, seasoned body wood, sawed ends and split. Bids to be opened at the next meeting of the board.
