The yoing people of the Baptist Church gave a Good Time College Course Social last evening for the benefit of the young people of the other churches. When all the guests had arrived they were put in their respective classes, Freshman, Sopho- more, Junior or Senior class. They were then assigned to their rooms and class meetings were held at which a class president was elected. After this there was a tug of war between the Freshman and Sopho- more classes, in which the Freshmen were victorious. Then a football game was played between the Junior and Senior classes and in this the Juniors were the victors. The presi- dent’s reception was then held and chocolate and wafers were served. After this came commencement time when all the guests “commenced” to go home. Miss Rasmussen from Waupaca, ex- perienced dressmaker. Fancy and party dresses a specialty. 221 3rd St. Over Gill Bros.
