Wicks, of Du- luth, w’ll be present to make annual inspection of this place. A camp Fire will be held in the evening. Supper will be served from 5:30 P. M. until 9:00 P. COURT POSTPONES ACTION Question of Bail for Deitz Family Goes Over, Fau Claire, Wis,, Oct. 21.—Judge James Wickham of the circui# court did. not hear -the pleas ,of the.Deitz family for their release on bail be- cause thecase was not within his Jurisdiction. ‘Although' attorneys on both: sides and John, Leslie and Mrs. Deitz weré in court ready for the fight for bail Judge Wickham said he could not hear the arguments until records of the preliminary hearing -had been sent to him by Municipal Judge Riordan of Hayward. £ A continuance was taken until next Wednesday at 10 o'clock.
