Fire, which is believed ‘to have been started by candles that were burning over the body of Octave Moorisette, completely ~destroyed the Moorisette home, one mile east of Red Lake Falls, and cremated the corpse. Mr. Moorisette died at 5 o’clock in the morning. Shortly after noon Pierre Emard, -a_ neigh- bor, saw flames issuing from the house and sounded the alarm. Be- fore neighbors could reach the pla ce, it was doomed. Mr. Moorisette was a pioneer of Red ' Lake county and bad resided in the same house for twenty ‘years, He is survived by widow and several children.
