Stanton of Bemidji went to Big Falls on this morning’s train to attend the meeting of the Koochiching County Development association. The judge delivered a remarkable address before the asso- ciation this afternoon, in which, after deep study of the state land policy of Minnesota, the speaker declared that he believed the pres- ent attitude of the state on the land question wrong.
