P Supplefieflt to The Bemidji fikfi"r filqneer.fiursdav, Sept. Premium List ~ County Fair ~ September 24, 25 and 26 ! ANNOUNCEMENT. ‘ Tn preparing this premium list for the Third Annual Fair of the Bel- ‘trami County Agricultural Association, we have, in addition to our regu- Aar premiums, made specially large premiums on potatoes, and all products .zelating to dairying purposes—the dairy cow, grasses, root crops, etc.— believing that the day is not far distant when our county will take a lead- ing place among the dairy districts of our entire country. : : In the way of more thoroughly emphasizing this, on Friday, Sep- tember 25th—FARMERS’ Day—there will be several agricultural speakers of national prominence, who will talk largely “Cow,” which we believe will be equally enjoyed by the wives and children as by the farmers themselves. By way of amusements, we are now arranging for some good vaude- wille stunts, balloon ascension, and horse races on Thursday, September 24th, and Saturday, the 26th, will be for farmers of Beltrami county only, 0 horse being allowed to enter that has ever been in other than a genuine Ffarmers’ race. Then, of course, there will be the best of music during the entire fair. . 7 : Don't think the other fellow is sending in enough exhibits to make a fair—send yours, too; we need them all to fill our new buildings. Turn out and make this Farmers’ Fair a big success. : Yours truly, { W. R. MACKENZIE, Secretary. {3 ROSTER FOR 1908. * Frep M. MALZAHN. o ________ President ; © L. G.
